Action Plan: Rules!!! -Communication: Primarily email and cellular devices -Workwise: We will all keep in touch and work on our given parts. We will keep everybody on task and work hard. -We will make our wiki creative and entertaining all while keeping it on the topic at hand. -We will make sure all sites, pictures, videos, ect will be properly cited MLA format.
For each decade the following criteria should be met:'
1) Everybody: A link to an up-to-date project management plan needs to be posted on your page. The following items need to be in that document: First and Last names of all members in your group Group Rules and expectations Assignment of roles and responsibilities (i.e., Who is doing what?)
2) Kyra: A Map showing where the conflict(s) were located Include captions (www.scribblemaps.com)
3) Brandon: A brief history and/or overview of your chosen conflict (3-5 paragraphs). Make sure you at least address the following: What was the major cause(s)? What countries were involved? Who were the main leaders and/or key players? Was your conflict resolved? How? What were the main social, economic, cultural, or environmental effects of your conflict? Where was this conflict at the end of your decade (i.e., some conflicts continued into other decades)
4) Kyra and Zoey: 10 photographs of the conflict with descriptive captions (2-3 well crafted sentences) that capture the conflict itself
5) Ryan: 10 artifacts that show how Pop Culture dealt with the conflict (an example would be posters, graffiti, art, theater, movies, stand up comedy, etc...) *** All ten artifacts should have descriptive captions (2-3 well crafted sentences) that explain how it relates to the conflict.
6) Brandon: 5 examples of propaganda, news media, audio clips, or video clips used during this conflict. Each example's captions should be 2-3 sentences and demonstrate that you have a clear understanding of the conflict.
7) Zoey: Insert the lyrics of one song (or poem) that was written about the conflict, and write a brief analysis of that song (paragraph form). What's the title of the poem? Who is the poet? What is described in the poem? How does it relate to the conflict? Who is the speaker (may not be the poet)? What's the tone? Give two examples of literary terms used in this poem The best line(s) - the most beautiful, or impressive or vivid, etc. Give one example of the unusual choice of words. Explain why. What emotions are evoked? Use one word to describe the feeling
